About the role
- Support the execution of strategic plans to drive Treasury & Payments Solutions growth within the Americas region
- Contribute to the development, coaching, and management of junior Treasury & Payment Solutions professionals within the Americas Region
- Foster alignment within Global Transaction Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Global Markets teams
- Act as a liaison for Capital Markets with the TPS Product and Corporate Treasury team
- Assist in shaping the transformation agenda in Treasury & Payment Solutions and Corporate Banking
- Collaborate with partners in Global Transaction and Corporate & Investment Banking, as well as Global Markets
- Identify and lead sustained coverage activity for Global Financial Institutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Treasury & Payment Solutions, Corporate and/or Investment Banking, & Global Financial Institutions negotiating and structuring cash management, corporate cards, and liquidity transactions within the Americas
- Demonstrated ability in market leadership and client relationship management
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish is preferred.
