About the role
- You are responsible for planning and managing tasks in our innovative and demanding strategy and IT projects within the Financial Services sector across all project phases — from proposal development to client acceptance of project deliverables.
- As a Senior Consultant, you independently facilitate presentations and workshops, manage their preparation and follow-up, and serve as a primary point of contact for our clients.
- You support the project team in developing innovative consulting products and approaches.
- You mentor and develop junior colleagues at entry level and actively share your knowledge.
Requirements
- A successfully completed Master’s degree, ideally with a focus in Banking & Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Several years of practical experience in the financial services sector and/or in management consulting.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, coupled with an affinity for IT.
- Independent working style, high initiative, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Assertiveness and a confident, engaging presence.
- Willingness to travel, very good German language skills and business‑fluent (negotiation-level) English.
