About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

- Actively participate in the troubleshooting and technical problem-solving for complex issues affecting the quality of our monitoring and reporting services.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our operational and recording systems (familiarity with Linux/Bash scripting is a strong plus).
- Design and implement automation scripts and tools (using languages like Python and SQL/MongoDB) to replace manual tasks, optimising the management of large volumes of data.
- Ensure data quality and the scalability of implemented solutions, providing clear technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team and the Business Line, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

- Preferably +1 year experience working with large datasets, focusing on data analysis or data processing.
- Knowledge and experience in the music industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and data handling skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with coding and database access is a plus. Basic skills in Python, SQL/MongoDB, or Bash scripting highly valued.
- Be comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbers.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
