About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, review, and submit clean claims daily through Open Dental

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must currently live in and be eligible to work in Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, or Washington
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience navigating Open Dental claims administration
  • Familiarity with DentalXchange, Trex (Vyne), or other major billing clearinghouses highly preferred
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Strong persistence when navigating insurance IVR systems and claims adjusters
  • Comfortable working consistent Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Successful completion of a routine pre-employment drug screening required
  • Safety-sensitive role requiring passage of a drug screen
  • Classified as Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
  • Available for immediate start through February 28, 2027
