About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, service, and maintain laundry dosing and pump systems across care home sites
  • Diagnose and repair basic electrical and mechanical faults
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive support
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring minimum disruption in care environments
  • Maintain accurate records of all service and installation activities
  • Work closely with the wider Blueleaf customer support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Electrically competent (basic knowledge of circuits, fault-finding, and safety)
  • Familiar with pumps, dosing systems, or mechanical equipment (desirable but not essential)
  • Able to travel across the Surrey region, with occasional overnight stays if required
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Electrical/electromechanical background or qualification (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a service/field engineer role (desirable but not essential)
