About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure effective stock planning and smooth operations
Forecast and maintain optimal stock levels using Netstock system
Manage end-to-end order process and provide visibility from planning to delivery
Monitor inventory capacity across multiple locations
Build relationships with suppliers for product availability
Process Purchase Orders and update management on order status
Track inventory across locations and request stock transfers
Maintain supplier lead times and replenishment price information on Netstock
Generate reports on order inventory status and track orders
Liaise with buyers and procurement managers to source correct products
Suggest inventory warehousing changes to accommodate demand
Deal with invoice queries and delivery discrepancies
Create reports and maintain management systems as needed
Determine stock demands based on business operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Commercial awareness
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical skills with maths and IT proficiency
Ability to work well in a team
Positive attitude
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to cope with pressure and adapt to changing situations
