Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and serve as a trusted recruitment advisor.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
Use recruiting metrics and labor market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Represent Everent Health at networking events, career fairs, and professional associations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five (5) or more years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-fill clinical positions.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
Preferred: Experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
Preferred: Knowledge of provider compensation models and healthcare labor markets.
Preferred: Experience supporting multiple healthcare service lines, including PACE, hospice, or home health.
