About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Customer Service Manager is the operational backbone of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and internal systems.

- No two days will look the same – you’ll be deeply involved in daily operations while helping set the foundation for long-term success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in operations, office management, dispatch, or customer service within HOME SERVICES (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar preferred)
- Hands-on experience with scheduling and dispatching technicians
- ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle calls, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day operational decisions
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable, memberships, and service warranties
- Proficient with technology, including CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in a startup or growing business environment
- Familiarity with AI tools or third-party call centers
- Marketing or social media management experience
