About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support utilization management functions for complex and non-routine cases
- Liaise between members, providers, and internal/external customers
- Oversee complex cases to ensure effective interventions and efficiency in benefits utilization
- Perform essential case management activities: assessment, planning, implementation, coordinating, monitoring, outcomes, and evaluation
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN with active license in Tennessee or participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
- 5 years experience in the health care industry
- 3 years clinical experience required
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential preferred or must obtain within 2 years of hire
- Basic Microsoft Office and Email skills
