Key responsibilities & impact

Support advanced pharmacy analytics and reporting efforts within a modern, cloud-based environment
Contribute directly to the team’s ongoing SAS-to-Databricks migration and broader analytics transformation
Play a key role in testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Support AI-enabled analytics, infrastructure enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of critical business deliverables
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven insights, fulfill custom reporting requests
Actively contribute to AI initiatives through hands-on involvement in agent training and optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare or relevant field or equivalent work experience required
3 years - Experience with SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar experience with programming and/or statistical analysis required
5 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
