About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements.
- Manages a team of Enterprise Architects and works across the architecture disciplines on strategic planning and implementation.
- Provides architectural leadership, guidance, and support for technology teams, including leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of enterprise architecture technology strategies.
- Define EA maturity road map and practices related to EA governance and partners with key stakeholders to implement architecture governance frameworks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent work experience is required.
- 7 years of experience in IT Architecture or related field required.
- 5 years of experience leading teams of technical resources in diverse disciplines is required.
- Experience with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.
