Associate Bio-Stat Research Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Function as an analyst supporting a wide range of internal business partners by producing recurring and ad-hoc reporting across clinical, operational, and financial domains
- Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates
- Supporting Consultants on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics
- Identifying appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics
- Under supervision, providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years working experience or Master’s Degree or Ph.D. with no experience is acceptable
- Competent to convert research protocol to programming specification logically and meaningfully
- Attention to detail, exceptional documentation abilities, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to participate in project design and interpretation with Research Staff
- Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers
