About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support coding and reimbursement processes across all lines of business
- Research, design, analysis, implementation, and coordination of coding and reimbursements
- Prepare coding and reimbursement policies and procedures
- Coordinate data collection for implementation of coding, reimbursement, and billing changes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years experience with Medical/Clinical Coding
- Coding certification (i.e. CPC, CCS) is required
- Willingness to obtain certification within two years if not already certified
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
