About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Actuarial processes by producing routine and ad-hoc reports
Maintain, modify, and augment the underlying code of reports
Work closely with the Actuarial team to conceptualize and develop new reports
Summarize findings for logical presentation
Develop database of past claims to support determining premium rates
Analyze large amounts of complex data for drivers of business and/or industry trends
Ensure ad hoc data requests are done accurately and timely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in a quantitative/ research discipline
5 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Customer service oriented
Ability to meet schedule deadlines and departmental goals
