About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interacting and coordinating with departments and employees to facilitate contract implementation.
Support contracting audits and validation of system implementations and deployments to create the least user disruption.
Serve as a guide for all negotiated agreements with contracting system.
Assisting in the development of operating policies and procedures for the department.
Monitoring contracts against goals and objectives.
Manages requests related to audits and compliance documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4 years of relevant work experience in a legal, compliance, contract administration, computer science, or healthcare field.
2 years of progressive administrative experience in various software systems (i.e. Microsoft, Google, DocuSign, SharePoint) required.
Proven experience maintaining contracting standard with a focus on processes and technical solutioning.
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
