- Ensure reliable performance, smooth integrations, and regulatory compliance across production environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting Windows Server–based production applications
- Hands‑on troubleshooting of application, system, and integration issues
- Ability to work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues
- Experience supporting production environments in regulated or high‑availability systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
- 1 year - Experience in Information Technology required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
