Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and evolve digital solutions for mobile app
Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in developing digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose digital strategy supporting business and product initiatives
Oversee a backlog aligned with engineering capacity and digital solutions roadmap
Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives) with technology teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support product, program, outreach optimizations and delivery of regulatory/contractual assets
Work with Engineering to ensure solutions delivered to specification, timely and cost-effective
Contribute to shaping user-driven mobile app experiences and influence product direction
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required (equivalent = 4 years professional work experience)
Minimum 3 years experience in digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, or member/relationship database marketing campaigns
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in team environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint
Must be a team player, organized, able to handle multiple projects
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience with Agile methodology and mobile applications
Experience leading Agile ceremonies and managing engineering backlogs
