About the role
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and evolve digital solutions for mobile app
- Support Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in developing digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose digital strategy supporting business and product initiatives
- Oversee a backlog aligned with engineering capacity and digital solutions roadmap
- Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, demos, retrospectives) with technology teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support product, program, outreach optimizations and delivery of regulatory/contractual assets
- Work with Engineering to ensure solutions delivered to specification, timely and cost-effective
- Contribute to shaping user-driven mobile app experiences and influence product direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required (equivalent = 4 years professional work experience)
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, or member/relationship database marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in team environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePoint
- Must be a team player, organized, able to handle multiple projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience with Agile methodology and mobile applications
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies and managing engineering backlogs
