About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides daily professional administrative, clerical, and project coordination support
  • Maintains area files, correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Coordinates, completes, and delivers required reporting
  • Types, edits, formats, reviews, and updates forms, correspondence and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree
  • Two years of job-related work experience or a combination of education and experience equal to 2 years
  • 5 years administrative support experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills (grammar, letter writing and phone skills)
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Good judgment
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to multi-task
