About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages external vendor after launch and implementation to include group onboarding, sales training, resolution of member level issues and client/vendor invoicing
  • Analyzes and coordinates submission of aggregate executive summaries regarding efficacy of the product/program that are both client facing and line of business specific
  • Develops, coordinates, evaluates, and provides customer support for activities/programs
  • Creates member feedback collection methods, monitors member satisfaction and improves services to enhance customer experience
  • Maintains training and marketing materials
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with external companies and internal Lines of Businesses
  • Maintains detailed procedures/documentation of data sources and all related product methodology
  • Responsible for developing and implementing policies/procedures, onboarding, and invoicing
  • Prepares charts, illustrations or other graphic presentations, as well as narrative analysis
  • Monitors/interprets trends and offers solutions to address emerging healthcare utilization trends
  • Additional tasks, projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in job related field
  • Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 6 years of required work experience OR 8 total years required work experience
  • Three (3) years of product experience (wellness, virtual care, transparency, etc.)
  • Experience managing multiple product lines
  • Knowledge of backend claims
  • Experience meeting contract SLAs
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience presenting in front of a virtual audience
  • Great organizational skills & Attention to detail
