About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive BlueCloud's overall strategic marketing plan, aligning initiatives with company growth and go-to-market goals
- Lead partner marketing programs, with a strong focus on Snowflake partnership marketing — co-marketing campaigns, joint content, partner-specific events, MDF utilization, and partner relationship management
- Manage, mentor, and grow a marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality execution
- Develop and run integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social, and email
- Plan and execute partner-specific and company events, both virtual and in-person
- Partner closely with sales, delivery, and leadership to ensure marketing supports broader business objectives
- Own brand strategy and positioning across all company and partner-facing materials
- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of marketing experience, including demonstrated ownership of strategy — not just execution
- Experience in data, analytics, or technology/IT consulting industries strongly preferred
- Experience with technology partner marketing programs (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, or similar ecosystems) a strong plus
- Prior experience leading or managing a marketing team
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, able to translate business goals into marketing plans
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
