About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for the smooth technical operation of our stores in your region
Planning and management of maintenance, renovation and optimization measures
Coordination and management of external service providers, including quality control
Ensuring the functionality of all building services systems (electricity, water, etc.)
Support for store openings, renovations and relocations
Hands-on assistance with minor technical tasks on site

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or commercial qualification in the field of facility/building services engineering or similar
High willingness to travel within your region (approx. 70–85%)
Independent, structured working style and a genuine "can-do" mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Driver's license (Class B; C1 advantageous)
Hands-on mentality and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
German language skills at least C1 and English skills at least B1
