About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the smooth technical operation of our stores in your region
Planning and management of maintenance, renovation and optimization measures
Coordination and supervision of external service providers, including quality control
Ensuring the functionality of all building systems (electricity, water, etc.)
Support with store openings, renovations and relocations
Hands-on support for minor technical tasks on site
You are the interface between technical teams, operations and external partners — ensuring everything works

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or commercial training in facility/building services or a related field
High willingness to travel within your region (approx. 70–85%)
Independent, structured working style and a genuine 'can‑do' mindset
Strong organizational and communication skills
Driving license Class B (C1 an advantage)
Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach
German language skills at least C1 and English at least B1
