About the role
- Responsible for the smooth technical operation of our stores in your region
- Planning and management of maintenance, renovation and optimization measures
- Coordination and supervision of external service providers, including quality control
- Ensuring the functionality of all building systems (electricity, water, etc.)
- Support with store openings, renovations and relocations
- Hands-on support for minor technical tasks on site
- You are the interface between technical teams, operations and external partners — ensuring everything works
Requirements
- Technical or commercial training in facility/building services or a related field
- High willingness to travel within your region (approx. 70–85%)
- Independent, structured working style and a genuine 'can‑do' mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Driving license Class B (C1 an advantage)
- Hands‑on mentality and pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach
- German language skills at least C1 and English at least B1
