About the role
- Serve as key support to the operations team

- Ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two to five years of experience in housekeeping in the hospitality industry or a related role
- 3+ in a supervisory or leadership role
- Thorough knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and equipment
- Ability to supervise and work with employees
- Ability and willingness to respond to emergencies
- Tact and resourcefulness in dealing with the public
- Strong communication skills
