About the role
- Implement and maintain Dynatrace monitoring, including installing/configuring OneAgent.
- Build and enhance Dynatrace dashboards and support basic reporting and performance insights.
- Support integration of monitoring alerts with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve monitoring and instrumentation issues to ensure reliable visibility.
- Work assigned tasks in ServiceNow, documenting work and progress clearly.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding systems and devices in Dynatrace (and related monitoring tools as needed).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure monitoring coverage aligns with system and mission needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience OR HS diploma/GED with 13+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technical support involving system design, integration, or operations.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, including: OneAgent installation/configuration, Dashboards and basic analysis, Dynatrace APIs (basic familiarity acceptable), Cloud alert integration exposure (AWS/Azure)
- Ability to provide technical input to APM solution development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience performing requirements analysis, including identifying requirements and deficiencies in hardware/software products.
- Knowledge of reviewing current APM capabilities, identifying monitoring gaps, and recommending remediation actions.
- Ability to advise customers on monitoring solutions and provide training/knowledge transfer on monitoring tools.
