Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Quality (QA) area of the Software Factory
Structure, standardize and evolve testing processes across multiple projects and clients
Define strategies for functional, regression, automated, performance, security and usability testing
Implement and evolve test automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD
Use Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize test case creation, generation of automated scripts, failure analysis, technical documentation and to increase team productivity
Promote the use of AI to support QA activities, ensuring governance, quality and best practices
Monitor quality indicators, test coverage, production bugs, rework, resolution time, SLA and efficiency metrics
Work closely with Development, Architecture, Projects, Product and Executive leadership to continuously raise the quality of deliveries
Lead, develop and train the QA team, promoting a preventive (Shift-Left) culture, automation and continuous improvement
Contribute to the adoption of new technologies, tools and methodologies that increase the operational efficiency of the area
