Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior QA Analyst in complex digital projects.
- Ability to analyze business needs and functional requirements, translating them into test strategies (plans, scenarios, and test cases).
- Technical leadership of the quality function, defining processes, metrics, and ensuring best practices.
- Deep knowledge of test automation (Web, APIs, Mobile) and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Appium).
- Ability to work in agile squads, collaborating actively with POs, Developers, and Designers to ensure quality from conception (shift-left testing).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on ensuring end-to-end product quality.
