About the role

  • Convince dentists in the South region (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg) of our SAFEDENTAL concept.
  • Conduct qualified consultation meetings on site, by phone and via MS Teams.
  • Plan field-sales appointments in the region in a targeted and well-structured way.
  • Work closely with the team in Münster while having the freedom to use smart approaches to close deals.
  • Use the CRM rigorously, contribute input for sales strategies and visibly apply your strengths.

Requirements

  • Sales-driven — customer contact motivates you and targets push you to perform.
  • Empathetic advisor with persuasive selling skills.
  • Creative approaches to customer acquisition; not confined to a rigid prospecting script.
  • Independent, reliable working style and deliver measurable results.
  • Interest in a meaningful, established product plus clear metrics, real responsibility and commission.
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel.
  • Confident use of Office tools (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, CRM systems).
  • Experience as a dental assistant (ZFA) or practice manager is a plus.
