• You go the extra mile in customer interactions — we sell a premium product that requires explanation, so a little extra effort is expected.
• You conduct qualified consultative sales conversations on-site, by phone and via Microsoft Teams.
• You plan your field appointments in your region in a targeted and well-structured way.
• Our inside sales team and distribution partners support you with qualified leads, and you stay active through smart initiatives.
• You work closely with our team in Münster but have the freedom in your region to find clever ways to close deals.
• You use the CRM consistently, provide input for sales approaches and bring your strengths visibly to the table.
