Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the strategy, roadmap, and marketing for a portfolio of products.
Work with our clients and internal users to gather, synthesize, and prioritize user feedback
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and our research team to scope requirements and guide product development from conception to launch.
Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear product specifications and actionable development tasks.
Demo new product features to clients, develop product marketing materials, and clearly articulate the value of our tools.
Develop a deep understanding of the progressive political ecosystem to ensure our product strategy anticipates and meets the most pressing needs of our users.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional product management experience, preferably working on political tech, data-intensive, or B2B products.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and iteration.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
Excellent communicator, collaborator, and storyteller, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Adept at user research and can effectively synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into a coherent and prioritized product roadmap.
Strong passion for our mission and an interest in the progressive political ecosystem.
