Salary

💰 $125,000 - $218,000 per year

About the role

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or more Platform offerings or cross-cutting capabilities.
  • Build tight feedback loops with program teams and engineers to understand real constraints in the field (messy data, variable environments, operational risk).
  • Translate problems into crisp requirements, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs; make explicit tradeoffs across speed, reuse, reliability, and customization.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship iteratively—APIs, tooling, workflows, and user experiences that teams adopt and keep using.
  • Drive onboarding, documentation, enablement, and rollout plans; measure adoption and unblock teams during integration.
  • Set the bar for production readiness (reliability, observability, supportability, and backward compatibility) and prevent “it works in the lab” releases.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Platform and program teams; reduce duplication and converge on shared building blocks where it matters.
  • Define and track product metrics and use them to drive priorities and investment.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned by clearly articulating narratives, status updates, decisions, and risks, especially when priorities conflict or timelines shift.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
  • Deep understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, and machine learning technologies.
  • Familiarity with the areas of perception, environmental understanding, machine learning, path planning, and actuation.
  • Demonstrated experience as a product leader in designing, developing, or managing embedded technologies and software solutions for edge devices or autonomous systems.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
