Salary
💰 $125,000 - $218,000 per year
About the role
- Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for one or more Platform offerings or cross-cutting capabilities.
- Build tight feedback loops with program teams and engineers to understand real constraints in the field (messy data, variable environments, operational risk).
- Translate problems into crisp requirements, success metrics, and prioritized backlogs; make explicit tradeoffs across speed, reuse, reliability, and customization.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship iteratively—APIs, tooling, workflows, and user experiences that teams adopt and keep using.
- Drive onboarding, documentation, enablement, and rollout plans; measure adoption and unblock teams during integration.
- Set the bar for production readiness (reliability, observability, supportability, and backward compatibility) and prevent “it works in the lab” releases.
- Coordinate dependencies across Platform and program teams; reduce duplication and converge on shared building blocks where it matters.
- Define and track product metrics and use them to drive priorities and investment.
- Keep stakeholders aligned by clearly articulating narratives, status updates, decisions, and risks, especially when priorities conflict or timelines shift.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products.
- Deep understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, and machine learning technologies.
- Familiarity with the areas of perception, environmental understanding, machine learning, path planning, and actuation.
- Demonstrated experience as a product leader in designing, developing, or managing embedded technologies and software solutions for edge devices or autonomous systems.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
