About the role

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
  • Conduct Parent Training sessions
  • Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals

Requirements

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans
  • Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with parents and team members
