About the role
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct Parent Training sessions
- Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
- Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
Requirements
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience in providing ABA therapy
- Strong understanding of behavioral analysis techniques
- Ability to create and implement treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills with team members and families
