About the role

  • Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

  • Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
  • Conduct Parent Training sessions
  • Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals

Requirements

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy
  • Strong understanding of behavioral analysis techniques
  • Ability to create and implement treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and families
