About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop high-quality, user-friendly visualizations, dashboards, reports, and related analytic content for business partners
  • Work with the analytics team to develop high-impact visualizations that make analysis and data easy to understand and actionable
  • Administer analytic tool server environments such as Tableau
  • Develop and deploy solutions in data visualization and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with business areas through interactive and iterative user design sessions to produce rapid solution prototypes
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions and account for stakeholder needs
  • Provide team status across projects and escalate issues as needed
  • Assess and communicate risks to development schedules and projects
  • Represent the Viz Team’s interests in cross-functional project teams
  • Provide prioritized D-SNP care gap chase lists to concierge teams
  • Produce forward-looking D-SNP provider performance projections
  • Conduct targeted analytic deep dives with Medicare Advantage (MA) Stars
  • Integrate D-SNP care gap data into Blue Premier ACO reporting
  • Establish ongoing D-SNP Quality performance monitoring
  • Deliver analytic support for the D-SNP Quality Incentive Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required), or 5+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in healthcare analytics preferred
  • Advanced experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States
