About the role
- Facilitate and perform complex research and analysis to support business operations.
- Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and corporate projects.
- Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs.
- Drive and execute business readiness activities including the communication plan.
- Develop new procedures, specifications for systems changes or other solution recommendations.
- Design and conduct post implementation audits and create customer feedback mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
