About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate and treat clinic patients according to standards of care
  • Follow medical care and quality levels and monitor care using available data and chart reviews
  • Coordinate patient services and refer patients to network resources as needed
  • Participate in daily care-team huddles as a source of medical expertise
  • Foster a cooperative, professional, and approachable practice environment

  • Meet with departments regarding quality of care, outcome data, policies, procedures, and records issues

  • Build relationships with healthcare providers, social/community organizations, and marketing partners
  • Work 100% onsite at the care-center location, with movement between clinics as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current and unrestricted Arizona medical license
  • Graduation from an accredited MD or DO program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal relationship and communication skills with colleagues and patients
  • Full engagement in an integrated team-based care model
  • Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to a value-based care setting
  • Superior patient/customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • BLS certification
  • Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card
  • Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license
