About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading the strategic design, integration, and operational intelligence of the organization’s Business Intelligence and data platform ecosystem
Driving enterprise BI platform success by overseeing the full data lifecycle, including ingestion, transformation (ETL), modeling, and reporting
Ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performing data solutions that support data-driven decision-making
Owning and governing enterprise BI platforms, including Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and AI-enabled analytics tools
Accountable for platform performance, adoption, and modernization
Providing insights and recommendations to leadership on platform health, usage, and strategic investments
Managing data engineers, analysts, and technical leads
Driving Snowflake integration and ETL development
Enabling self-service analytics capabilities while maintaining strong data governance and integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of leadership experience
5 years of Business Intelligence or Data Engineering experience
5 years of ETL, data pipelines, reporting, or analytics platform experience
High-School Diploma or GED in general field of study
7 years of Management experience (preferred)
7 years of Business Intelligence or Data Engineering experience (preferred)
Experience with Snowflake or cloud-based data platforms (preferred)
Experience leading BI platform modernization or tool migration initiatives (preferred)
2 years of healthcare experience (preferred)
