About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide EV product technical support to dealer and end user service personnel as requested
  • Ensure dealership management understands technician training requirements for EV product to improve repair capability
  • Develop EV powertrain related technical support publications
  • Provide service labor time standard development support for EV powertrain related repairs
  • Support EV powertrain training requests received from dealers
  • Engage with product development and current model engineering on EV powertrain related projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • 5+ years of automotive manufacturer (OEM) technical service AND dealership contact experience
  • 5+ years of automotive diagnosis and repair experience (dealership and/or independent)
  • All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Bachelor’s Degree in automotive-related programs preferred
  • 2+ years of EV powertrain and/or infrastructure experience preferred
