About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide EV product technical support to dealer and end user service personnel as requested
- Ensure dealership management understands technician training requirements for EV product to improve repair capability
- Develop EV powertrain related technical support publications
- Provide service labor time standard development support for EV powertrain related repairs
- Support EV powertrain training requests received from dealers
- Engage with product development and current model engineering on EV powertrain related projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS Diploma or G.E.D. required
- 5+ years of automotive manufacturer (OEM) technical service AND dealership contact experience
- 5+ years of automotive diagnosis and repair experience (dealership and/or independent)
- All candidates must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor’s Degree in automotive-related programs preferred
- 2+ years of EV powertrain and/or infrastructure experience preferred
