About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement strategy for mid-level donor prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Manage a portfolio of 500-700 donors, focusing on retention, annual giving upgrades, and major donor prospect identification.
- Collaborate closely with Prospect Development, Stewardship, Communications, Data Insights and Systems, and Territory Advancement teams.
- Achieve quarterly KPIs and annual fundraising goals through direct outreach to individual donors.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare reports on program outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or Communications.
- 5+ years of experience in mid-level giving, donor relations, or fundraising, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software, with experience in database management and analytics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships and collaborating across diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
