About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess OT/ICS environments, network segmentation, remote access, asset inventory, and plant-floor security gaps.
- Apply IEC 62443, ISA-95, Purdue Model, and NIST-aligned controls to manufacturing environments.
- Partner with plant engineering, IT security, controls, networking, and operations teams.
- Review SCADA, PLC, historian, HMI, OPC-UA, and industrial protocol exposure risks.
- Support secure architecture, risk remediation, incident response readiness, and audit documentation.
- Communicate risk in business terms for plant leaders and executives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years of experience
- Hands-on or strongly demonstrable experience with OPC-UA, ISA-95 / Purdue Model, Industrial Cybersecurity (IEC 62443), MQTT / Sparkplug B, SCADA
- Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams across OT and IT boundaries.
- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, testing, communication, and delivery ownership.
- Experience supporting implementation, integration, support, rollout, upgrade, or production deployment projects.
- Comfortable in remote, hybrid, and plant-facing delivery models depending on client needs.
