About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain close contact with customers to strengthen the go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Drive product-led growth through customer-focused features and feedback
- Proactively survey existing customers about improvements and feature requests
- Handle inquiries via Slack and Intercom
- Keep Intercom documentation and the help desk up to date and continuously improve them
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in software / SaaS / product management
- Highly experienced to expert level
