About the role
- Creation and management of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Preparation of accounting records for our tax consultant
- Monitoring incoming payments and dunning/collections
- Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of outstanding items
- Support in preparing reports and analyses
- Management of contracts, subscriptions and recurring payments
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or back office
- Confident use of DATEV, SevDesk or comparable accounting systems
- Very good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Basic knowledge of tax and commercial law (HGB, UStG)
- Structured, conscientious and detail-oriented working style
- Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
- Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data
- Native-level German; good English is a plus
