About the role
- Concept & Collaboration: Together with the founder, you develop creative event concepts and formats that reflect our brand.
- Venue Sourcing & Partners: You identify and book suitable venues and independently negotiate with vendors and caterers.
- Guest Management: You own the entire process from invitations and attendee management through to post-event follow-up.
- Operational Excellence: You act as the on-site point of contact and ensure smooth execution.
- Continuous Improvement: You analyze feedback and optimize processes to raise the bar each time.
Requirements
- Solution-oriented: You focus on solutions rather than problems.
- Independent: You don’t need hand-holding — you take the lead.
- Structured chaos: Mentally an Excel sheet, at heart a host.
- Resilient: You keep an overview and remain calm under pressure.
- Native-level German + good spoken and written English.
