Looking to build a network of field professionals specializing in Environmental Phase I Site Assessments.
Conduct various projects across the United States as a subcontractor.
Work alongside full-time staff in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.
Requirements
Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations.
A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in conducting environmental assessments.
Experience using Quire.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Professional certifications, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required.
Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
