About the role
- Looking to build a network of field professionals specializing in Environmental Phase I Site Assessments.
- Conduct various projects across the United States as a subcontractor.
- Work alongside full-time staff in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations.
- A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in conducting environmental assessments.
- Experience using Quire.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP), Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required.
- Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
