Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a central driver of execution and governance across a portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives
Partner closely with marketing leaders, strategy teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
Develop and manage integrated marketing roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Coordinate workflows across business, creative, legal, compliance, and operational teams
Maintain detailed documentation to ensure transparency, accountability, and audit readiness
Deliver regular status updates and executive-level reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in program or project management within complex, enterprise environments
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
Prior experience supporting marketing organizations or campaign delivery teams
Background in financial services or wealth management
Deep expertise in program governance, process design, and execution management
Strong understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles, approval workflows, and go-to-market execution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
