Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in program or project management in complex environments
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Experience in marketing organizations or campaign delivery teams
Background in financial services or wealth management
Deep expertise in program governance and execution management
Strong understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
