About the role

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of SAP S/4HANA projects
  • Ensuring planning, execution, and governance of deliverables
  • Acting as the focal point between the client, vendors, and internal squads
  • Accountable for schedule, budget, risks, scope management, and quality
  • Including executive reporting, steering committees, and alignment with business areas, IT, and enterprise architecture
  • SAP projects executed using SAP Activate with a hybrid delivery model (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Deliverables driven by governance, risk management, and executive decision-making
  • Support from design through post-go-live stabilization and handover to AMS

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP Activate (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run)
  • Experience with hybrid projects (Waterfall + Agile/Scrum)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA portfolio, DRC Brazil, and integrations (CPI/Event Mesh)
  • Management of T&M and FPP contracts, financial control, cost allocation, and Change Requests
  • Interface with functional and technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Intermediate English for reading and operational meetings
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence and MS Project
