About the role
- Independent handling of spare parts and service orders
- Preparation of quotations through to full order processing
- Coordination of appointments, technical requirements and logistics
- Monitoring after-sales orders and outstanding receivables
- Managing dunning processes to ensure smooth payment flows
- Preparing reports on order intake and sales
- Coordinating worldwide business travel, including invoicing
- Organizing and hosting customer visits
Requirements
- Commercial or technical qualification and experience in mechanical engineering
- Ideally already experienced in after-sales service
- Fluent German and basic English skills
- Experience with ERP systems and common Office applications
- Efficient work organization and task coordination skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a family-oriented, supportive team
