About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Client support: You advise and accompany our clients in the insurance sector in planning and implementing their digitization initiatives.
Requirements management: You analyze the individual needs of our clients and derive precise requirements for our agile product development.
Product expert: As the subject-matter contact for our products, you act as a competent interface both internally and externally.
Project management: You take responsibility for all project phases — from concept and test execution to successful rollout.
Sales support: You support the sales team in presenting and positioning zeitsprung solutions.
Support: With your domain, technical and product-specific knowledge you assist our support team in resolving complex cases and act as an interface to development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree: Degree in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have relevant vocational training with corresponding professional experience.
Industry experience: You have solid knowledge of the finance and/or insurance sector and understand its specific requirements and processes.
Senior-level expertise: Ideally several years of experience in client-facing roles, requirements management and product development.
Technical know-how: Several years of experience in the design, mapping and testing of web services as well as web service-oriented system architectures.
Analytical and conceptual strength: You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop concepts, always with a strong focus on quality.
Independent working style: You are highly self-motivated and proactive and can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
Communication skills: You are confident dealing with different stakeholders and can present complex issues clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
