About the role
- Carry out operational tasks in Seller Central such as uploads of content, keyword research, etc.
- Support our Consultants on several operational tasks such as reporting numbers
- Handle our Amazon software
- Analyse products, sales, keyword data, niches, etc.
- Troubleshooting catalog issues such as variation, locked amazon attributes
- Maintaining good Account Health which includes lifting violations and managing compliance
- Most important: Be a great team member and have fun in our team!
Requirements
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with a variety of difficulties and timeframes
- ideally 3+ years of work experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
- Very good organizational and task management skills for job and remote setting
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools/software like Helium10
- Experience in troubleshooting
- Bonus: PPC knowledge
