Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience and a strong track record of success within the ETF industry
Leadership across ETF operations and related functions, including client service, fund accounting, and custody/banking
Outstanding people leadership and culture-building skills
Exceptional communication and strategic execution skills
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in business process and technology design as a product owner, sponsor, or subject matter expert
FINRA Series 99 and SIE licenses are required for this role and must be obtained within 90 days of hire
